For me, the most crucial step in tackling any challenging situation is staying with the problem without escaping it, like examining a jewel in the hand until it is clearly understood. The right solution to the wrong problem is still a wrong solution, but once the problem is well-understood and precisely defined, the solution naturally follows.Outside of work, I enjoy the thrill and joy that motorcycles bring.

My journey so far...
I currently work as a Director-Customer Technology at McDonald's in Chicago, Illinois. I am responsible for defining and executing the technical vision, and driving architectural improvements and modernizations to stay at the cutting edge of digital technologies.
Prior to assuming my current role, I served as a technologist at Stellantis (formerly Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles), OpenText, and TimeLink (Ultimate Kronos Group).Education:
